Congressman Lynch was joined by: State Senator Nick Collins; Boston City Councilor Ed Flynn; Boston City Councilor Michael Flaherty; Boston City Councilor Annissa Essaibi George; State Representative Gerry Cassidy; Alex Bezanson, candidate for State Representative for 7th Plymouth District.

“I have listened to the nurses in my district express time and again that their patients don’t receive the best possible care because nurses are forced to care for too many patients at one time,” said Congressman Lynch. “Management has shown no sign of making the needed changes, so it’s time we support our nurses and vote Yes on Question 1 for safe patient limits.”

“I have heard from RN’s in my district that their patients suffer unnecessarily because they are forced to care for too many patients at one time,” said Senator Collins.

“We are lucky to have such an impressive array of hospitals at our fingertips. I need to know that my constituents are safe when they are admitted to one of our hospitals,” said Councilor Flynn. “Without question 1 being passed and put into place, I will be very concerned, both short term and long term, about the health and safety of the people in the city.”
